Colors Infinity has announced the launch of a new reality TV show “The Inventor Challenge”. According to the channel, it is set to be an idea incubation platform for people across the country, as they have the opportunity to showcase their creation.
Meritorious ideas from across the country will have the opportunity to translate from paper to working prototypes. The Inventor’s Challenge is the Indian adaptation of the popular Emmy-winning show “Everyday Edisons” and will seek to find India’s next great inventor.
The show will take a cross-platform approach and will soon be available on Colors Infinity as well as its digital destinations, ensuring maximum reach and inclusion.
Viewers will get to see various hobby inventors throughout each episode pitch their ideas to a dynamic panel, to be revealed soon.
Panelists will then select a few participants to move on to the next round and have the chance to bring their ideas to life. The top two entrants will be assigned mentors to help them develop their innovations in a specially designed lab. Their entire journey will be showcased as they bring their ideas to life and pitch the final product to consumer focus groups.
Ted Farnsworth, President of Zash Global Media and Entertainment Corporation, said, “The show has worked extremely well for us in the past. We are all aware that India is the innovation hotspot, and we see great opportunities there for budding talent. Having Colors Infinity as a partner on board for The Inventor Challenge gives us immense joy, and we look forward to our next trip to India.
